Bethel Cottage is in Coombe, on a creek. It's a proper quiet spot. You look out over the water.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with kingsize beds. There are two bathrooms as well, which is handy. One has a big free-standing bath you can see the creek from. The living room and the kitchen both have wood burners. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up recently, so it's clean and comfortable.
Access is via some steps from the parking space. Just so you know.
The garden is small but there's a patio with a barbecue. You can sit out there and watch the boats. There's a path right by the creek you can walk along.
Truro is about ten minutes away by car. That's where the big shops are, the cinema, and plenty of places to eat.
For beaches, you're looking at about a twenty minute drive. Newquay and the surf beaches are to the north. The Roseland Peninsula is to the south, you get the King Harry Ferry across. That's good for coastal walks. National Trust Cornwall has lots of info on those. Padstow and Falmouth are both within half an hour if you want restaurants or to look at the boats.
It has parking, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
