Sunrise

Sunrise is our house in Portscatho. It's our family place, so it's set up for that. It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which helps.

The house is right in the village. You can walk to the shop, the pubs, and the beach in a couple of minutes. The main bedroom and the twin room look out over the road to the sea. The third room has bunk beds.

It's a 3 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and clean. It's not a show home. The stairs are normal house stairs. There's a wood burner in the front room for cooler evenings.

Outside, there's a front garden with a table and chairs. Out the back, through the kitchen, there's a courtyard with a barbecue. A gate from there leads to your private parking space on North Parade.

For facilities, it has what you'd need: WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.

From the house, you're on the South West Coast Path straight away. For a good beach day, Pendower is about a ten minute drive. St Mawes castle is nearby, or you can get the ferry over to Falmouth. The National Trust has quite a few sites around the Roseland peninsula.

That's about it. It's a good spot if you want to be in the village and not have to use the car much.
