Mizzen Top
This is Mizzen Top. It's in the middle of St Mawes, up a flight of steps from the road. The main thing is the terrace out the back. It's decked, gets the sun, and you can see the sea from it. It's a good spot for a drink.
Inside, it's for four people. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. We did it up a few years ago so it's fresh. It's a 3 Star, so it's comfortable and clean. The stairs are a typical cottage spiral, so watch your head.
You're a minute's walk from the harbour. There are shops, places to eat, and the ferry across to Falmouth right there. The front garden has a table if you want to sit and watch the boats.
For a day out, the National Trust gardens at Glendurgan are about twenty minutes by car. Falmouth, across on the ferry, has the maritime museum and more shops. The coastal path is on your doorstep if you want a walk.
It's got what you'd need: WiFi, a washing machine, a wood burner. The bedding and towels are there. Sorry, no pets.
