Trellee

Trellee is a house on Pendra Loweth holiday park. It’s semi-detached, set back from the road in the grounds. It’s quiet here.

It sleeps five people. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. One of the bathrooms is a wet room on the ground floor. It’s got a 4 Star rating. It’s comfortable, everything works, and it’s clean.

The kitchen is open plan with the living area. There’s a patio with a table and chairs out the back. You get your own bit of garden. Parking is right outside.

Being on the park means you can use the stuff there. There’s a kids’ play area, a small gym, and a café bar that has WiFi if you need it. They’ve also put in an electric vehicle charger.

Location wise, you’re just outside Falmouth. It’s about a ten minute drive into town. The harbour’s there, with the Maritime Museum. Pendennis Castle is on the headland, looking over to St Mawes.

The nearest beaches are Maenporth and Swanpool. Both are sandy and good for families. You can walk to Swanpool along the coast path from Maenporth if you’re feeling energetic. The coast path runs right past here.

There’s a pub about half a mile away, and a shop a bit further. Falmouth has all the supermarkets and restaurants you’d need.

For days out, you’re in a good spot. The Lizard peninsula is about half an hour south. Truro is maybe 25 minutes north. The Helford River and all those creeks are close by.

Facilities are all listed. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
