Trellee is a semi-detached bungalow. It's on the Pendra Loweth park. The place is quiet. It's not isolated, it's in a holiday village.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One is a wet room on the ground floor, which is handy. It's got a Four Star rating. Everything works.
The layout is open-plan. You've got a washing machine, dishwasher, towels are included. It has WiFi and an electric vehicle charger.
The main thing is the location. You can walk down to Maenporth beach, it's about ten minutes. It's sandy, good for families. Swanpool is a bit further. Falmouth itself is a short drive or a bus ride. It's a proper working port with a Maritime Museum and the Pendennis Castle.
If you want to walk, the coastal path is right there. You can walk into Falmouth that way, or the other direction towards the Helford. The on-site café has internet if you need it. There's a pub half a mile away.
For a day out, you have the whole of the south Cornish coast within thirty minutes. The Lizard, various National Trust gardens, and St Mawes across the water.
