The Hayloft is a one-bedroom apartment. It's on the first floor above the old stables at Penmorvah Manor. You can park right outside.
It's really for two people. One bedroom, ensuite shower room, everything's on one level. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and comfortable but not flashy.
The main thing is the view. From your private balcony, you look straight out over the gardens and fields towards the coast. It's quiet. You'll hear birds.
The village of Budock Water is about a mile down the lane. There's a shop, a post office, and a thatched pub. It does food.
You're inland here, but the coast is close. Helford Passage is about a ten minute drive. You can get a ferry from there across to Helford village, or just have a drink at the pub by the water. The famous Trebah and Glendurgan gardens are nearby too.
Falmouth is fifteen minutes in the car. It's a proper working port. Lots of places to eat, the Maritime Museum, and ferries over to St Mawes. There's usually something happening.
Inside, it's open plan. Kitchen, sitting area, and doors out to the balcony. There's a TV and WiFi. All the bedding and towels are provided.
You can bring up to two dogs. There are plenty of walks from the door.
