Hayloft
This is the Hayloft. It's a one-bedroom apartment for two people, part of a converted barn on the Penmorvah Manor estate near Budock Water.
It's a 3 Star place. That means it's comfortable and clean, but not luxurious. The main thing is the location. It's quiet here, set back in the gardens and woods of the estate. You get a nice view over the fields towards the coast from the grounds.
The space is open plan. Bedroom, bathroom with a shower, and a living area all in one. It's compact, but it's got what you need. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi, TV, parking outside, and the electricity is in the rate.
You can bring up to two dogs. The grounds are good for letting them have a wander.
The village of Budock Water is about a mile away. It's got a shop, a post office, and a thatched pub that does food. For a proper beach day, you're about four miles from a few choices. Falmouth is close too, maybe a ten-minute drive. It's a proper working town with a harbour, the Maritime Museum, and plenty of places to eat. You can get the ferry over to St Mawes from there.
You're right by the Helford River. It's about a ten-minute drive to Helford Passage, where you can get a drink by the water. The famous gardens like Trebah and Glendurgan are just down the road. If you're walking, the South West Coast Path is easily accessible from here.
