Whitestones
This is Whitestones, in St Mawes. It sleeps eight, across four bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It has a 4 Star rating.
The house is in reverse style, so the main living area is upstairs. That’s the kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. It’s open plan. There’s a wood burner for cooler evenings. The deck is enclosed, looks out over towards Bohella, and gets the sun. It’s a good spot.
Downstairs are the bedrooms. Two doubles with king size beds, and two twins. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower. There’s also a family bathroom and another shower room.
It’s a short walk down to the harbour, maybe ten minutes. The parking is on a private driveway and fits two cars.
St Mawes itself is small. There are a few pubs, restaurants, and shops you can walk to. The ferry over to Falmouth runs regularly, which is useful. The little Place Ferry goes across to St Anthony’s Head. The coastal path is right there.
Things to know: the garden is enclosed. The owner sometimes uses an annexe to the side of the ground floor for themselves, but you have the main house.
In terms of what’s here: all the bedding and towels are included. There’s WiFi, a TV, washer, dishwasher, highchair, and a cot if you need it. You can bring two dogs.
