Pencreek Cottage
Pencreek Cottage is in Coombe, just outside Truro. It's a one bedroom place for two people. It’s got a four star rating. It’s comfortable and clean.
The main thing is the view. It looks out over the river. You can see the water from the living area and the bedroom. The bathroom has a roll-top bath by the window so you get the view from there too, but it's still private. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings.
The kitchen's modern and has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a patio and a barbecue. You can bring up to two dogs.
Truro is about ten minutes by car for shops, supermarkets, and a cinema. It's handy.
For the coast, you're about nine miles from the nearest beach. The north coast, like Newquay's Fistral Beach, is around half an hour's drive. The south coast and the Roseland Peninsula are closer, maybe twenty minutes if you take the King Harry Ferry. There's a watersports place at Loe Beach, which is near.
You've got parking right outside. The WiFi is included and it works fine.
