Haven -80

This is Haven 80. It's one of a group of cottages near Ringwell in Cornwall. They were built as a set by an architect, so they're modern, but they've used a lot of local stone and slate. They're well put together.

It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It has a 5 Star rating, which mainly means everything is in good order and it's been finished to a high standard. The living area is open plan.

The cottage is on a shared estate. There's an indoor and outdoor pool you can use, plus tennis and squash courts and a gym. There's also a restaurant on site called Café Azur. You get your own patio and balcony.

It's a rural spot. The nearest shop, pub, or proper restaurant is about a mile away. You're well placed for the coast. Looe beach is close for watersports. There are lots of smaller coves around if you fancy exploring.

For days out, the Eden Project is about a 20 minute drive. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a bit closer. You can drive down to the fishing villages like Polperro, Mevagissey, or Fowey in under half an hour. Truro is about 25 minutes away if you need a city.

Inside, it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if needed. Parking is right outside. No pets.
