High View
This is High View. It's a ground floor one-bedroom apartment in Truro. The name comes from the garden, which has a view over the city. It’s very quiet up here considering it's only about a ten minute walk to the centre.
The place sleeps two and has a four star rating. It's all on one level, open plan. The bedroom is at one end with an en-suite shower room, and the living area with the kitchen is at the other. Patio doors lead out to the garden. The kitchen is fine for making meals if you don't want to eat out.
The terrace garden is on different levels, so it's not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. It gets the sun and is private.
You can walk into Truro easily. It's got the cathedral, independent shops, and plenty of places to eat. There's a local pub about a five minute walk away.
If you want to head out, Malpas is just over a mile down the road for a walk by the river. You can catch the King Harry Ferry from there over to the Roseland Peninsula. St Mawes is about a 30 minute drive, ferry included. It's got a castle, beaches, and boat trips.
The north and south coasts are both within about a 30 minute drive, depending on traffic. So you can get to beaches or coastal walks fairly easily.
Facilities are what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site. You can bring up to two dogs.
