Penjerrick
Penjerrick is in Coombe, which is near Truro in Cornwall. It's part of the Tregothnan Estate, on the Fal estuary. The main thing is the view. You look out over the river.
The house sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means good, comfortable standard. There's a proper kitchen, a dining room, and two separate living rooms, so it's quite spacious.
The garden is enclosed. There's parking right there. Facilities cover what you'd expect: washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV, wood burner. A cot and highchair are here if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
Truro is about ten minutes by car. It has all the usual shops, supermarkets, a cinema, and places to eat. Newquay and its beaches are roughly half an hour north. Falmouth is also within half an hour, which is good for boats and the Maritime Museum. For a great day out, you can catch the King Harry Ferry over to the Roseland Peninsula. The coastal paths there are excellent.
Closer by, Loe Beach is about five minutes away. They do sailing and watersports. For a bigger beach day, you're looking at about a twenty minute drive to places on the south coast.
