Moonrakers

Moonrakers is in Ruan Lanihorne, which is a small village near the Roseland Peninsula. It's a bungalow attached to the main house where we live. You have your own separate entrance and terrace.

It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. Everything is on one level.

The living room has French doors that open onto a private decked terrace. There's garden furniture and a BBQ out there. The garden looks out over fields.

The village is very quiet. The local pub is about a hundred yards away, past the old church. It's a good pub. You'll need a car here, the nearest shop is a couple of miles away.

You're about four miles from some nice beaches like Pendower and Carne. The South West Coast Path is just over three miles away. The National Trust Roseland page has details on local walks.

St Mawes is a short drive for the ferry over to Falmouth. The King Harry car ferry is useful for getting to places like Trelissick Garden. Truro is about twelve miles for bigger shops.

For days out, the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and St Mawes Castle are all within a half hour drive. Visit Cornwall has more ideas.

What's here: WiFi, TV, washing machine, parking right outside. We can put a highchair out if you need one. No pets, sorry.
