Ty Gwyn is in Portscatho. It's a cottage in the village, just off the square. You're a minute's walk from the little beach there, Tatum's, and about ten minutes from Porthcurnick which has more sand.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's a proper utility room with a washing machine, and a separate little shower room downstairs too, which is handy if you've been at the beach.
The kitchen leads out to a courtyard garden. It gets the sun. There's a table and a barbecue out there. Inside, there's a main living room and then a smaller snug room with a wood burner. It's a good spot if some people want to read.
The stairs are standard cottage stairs. The bedrooms are upstairs. One twin room has a view of the sea and Gull Rock. There aren't wardrobes, just pegs on the walls for clothes.
Everything you need is in the square: a shop, a cafe, and the Plume of Feathers pub. They do food.
For walking, you're right on the South West Coast Path. The Roseland peninsula is good for that. For a day out, St Mawes is about a fifteen minute drive. Truro is half an hour. If you want a big garden to visit, Trelissick is just over the river from Truro.
In terms of what's there: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's parking for one car on the drive.
