South Cottage is on Marine Parade in St Mawes. It's a small, traditional cottage. The view from the front is straight out over the harbour and the bay. You're right opposite the steps that go down to the water.
It sleeps two adults and can fit one child. The second bedroom has bunk beds for a child under twelve. The space inside is compact, honest about that. It's got a three star rating.
Downstairs there's a living room with the sea view, a kitchen diner with a washer-dryer, and a small toilet. Upstairs, the main bedroom has the same view and a king size bed. The bathroom is upstairs too.
You can walk to everything. The pub is close. Tavern Beach and Summers Beach are just down the road. For a longer walk, the Roseland Peninsula coastal path starts nearby.
The ferry over to Falmouth runs from the quay. It's a good way to get across without driving. For a day out, you're close to the National Trust's Trelissick garden. St Just in Roseland church is worth seeing. Truro is about half an hour by car if you need a city.
Facilities are as listed. Wifi, TV, bedding included. There's a highchair. No pets.
