Riverstones At Pendra Loweth
Riverstones is one of the cottages at Pendra Loweth, just outside Falmouth. It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating.
The ground floor is open plan. The patio gets the sun. The kitchen is new and has everything you'd need. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you're bringing little ones.
Pendra Loweth itself is a quiet village set in a valley with woods and a stream. There's an on-site play area and parking. There's also an electric vehicle charger.
The nearest beaches are Swanpool and Maenporth, about a mile away. Gyllyngvase is a bit bigger and is just outside Falmouth town. All have parking and beach cafés.
Falmouth is a short drive. It's a proper working port with a marina. You can get the ferry over to St Mawes from there, or up the river to Trelissick. Pendennis Castle and the Maritime Museum are worth a visit.
For walks, you can pick up the South West Coast Path at Maenporth. The Lizard peninsula is about half an hour's drive. The gardens at Trebah and Glendurgan are also close by, both leading down to the Helford River.
Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
