Riverstones At Pendra Loweth

Riverstones is at Pendra Loweth, just outside Falmouth. It's one cottage in a small garden village on a hillside. You get a private patio that gets the sun. The village is quiet and basically in a small wooded valley.

The cottage sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. Everything is on one level except the bedrooms and bathroom, which are upstairs. The stairs are fine, just standard cottage steps.

The kitchen is new and well equipped. There's a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate if you're bringing small children. Bedding and towels are included.

Pendra Loweth itself has a kids' play area and an electric vehicle charger. There's a local pub within walking distance. Parking is on site.

The nearest beaches are Swanpool and Maenporth, about a mile away. They both have parking and a beach cafe. Gyllyngvase beach is a bit bigger and closer to Falmouth town.

Falmouth is a short drive. It's a proper working town with a harbour, not just a tourist spot. You can get ferries from there to St Mawes or up the river. Pendennis Castle and the National Maritime Museum are both worth seeing.

For walks, the South West Coast Path is accessible from Maenporth beach. For gardens, Trebah and Glendurgan are about a twenty minute drive. They both lead down to the river.

Within half an hour you can drive to The Lizard peninsula, or catch the King Harry Ferry over to the Roseland peninsula. Truro is about twenty minutes away. No pets, sorry.
