Summers View

This is Summers View in St Mawes. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one floor which is good if you don't fancy stairs. The view from the back is the main thing. It looks right out over the countryside and the sea.

It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. One has a super king bed, one has a king, and the other two have twins. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well looked after and comfortable.

The living room is big and has an open fire for cooler evenings. The kitchen has a big island in the middle. There's a conservatory you eat in, and the doors from there open onto a large patio. The garden is mature and has a lawn. You can bring two dogs.

Inside, there's a hallway with a pool table. It's not full size, it's a quarter-sized one. People seem to like it.

You're about a ten minute walk down into St Mawes village for the shops, pubs, and the ferry. Walking back up is a bit steeper, as you'd expect.

For days out, you're on the Roseland Peninsula. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coast nearby. The Roseland Peninsula website has local information. You can get the ferry over to Falmouth from St Mawes. Truro is about half an hour's drive if you need a bigger town.

What's here: everything on the facilities list is included. So that's WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, bedding, parking. There's a BBQ and garden furniture. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
