Lavausa
Lavausa is in St Mawes. It's about a five minute walk down the hill into the village centre. There's parking for three cars right outside, which is a big deal down here.
It's a four bedroom house sleeping eight. Three bathrooms, two of them en suite. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The whole top floor is one big living space. Kitchen, dining area, and sitting room all together. The view from there is the thing. You look right over St Mawes and the river towards St Anthony Head. There's a balcony outside the living room. You get the morning sun there.
The garden's good. There's a lawn and a terrace with a table for eating outside.
For local trips, you can get the passenger ferry from St Mawes over to Falmouth. The coastal path is right on your doorstep. For a day out, the National Trust at St Anthony Head is a solid walk. The whole area is part of the Roseland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Inside, there's a utility room with a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's a small office space on the ground floor, which people sometimes use as a dog sleeping area.
