Chapel House East
Chapel House East is in St Mawes, right in the middle of the village. It's set back a bit, so it's quiet. No steep hills to get to it, which is good.
It sleeps four. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a really nice place.
The layout is upside down, so the main living room is upstairs. That's because the views are better from there. You can see the river, the harbour, and the sea. Patio doors open onto a balcony you can sit on.
Downstairs, the kitchen door opens onto a small decked terrace. It gets the afternoon sun. There's a table and chairs and a BBQ out there.
There are two beaches within easy walking distance. Summers Beach is one of them. The foot ferry over to Falmouth is about a five minute walk from the front door. It runs regularly.
For heating, it's got storage heaters and an electric wood-effect fire in the living room. It's comfortable in the cooler months.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
