The Old Coach Garage
The Old Coach Garage is in Gerrans, on the Roseland. It's a new build, detached. It sleeps four in two bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom.
It's got a 5 Star rating. It's a modern, clean place. There's underfloor heating, a wood burner, and big glass doors that open onto the garden. The views are over fields.
It's set up for electric cars with a charger on site. There's parking for one car. The garden has a heated outdoor shower, useful for rinsing off wetsuits or sandy kids. There's space round the side for storing surfboards or paddleboards.
The village pub, the Royal Standard, is about a two-minute walk away. They do food. Portscatho is a nice coastal walk or a very short drive.
St Mawes is close by. You can visit St Mawes Castle. The ferry at King Harry crosses the river to Feock. Truro is about seven miles for shops and the cathedral. Falmouth, with the National Maritime Museum, is within half an hour.
Facilities: everything you'd expect like WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
