Brackley Cottage is in the middle of St Mawes, right across from the inner harbour. You walk out the front door and the shops, a post office, and a few pubs are right there. The ferry over to Falmouth is practically on the doorstep too.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. They've done a clever job with the space inside, it's all been fitted out well. The second bedroom is a bit of an odd shape, it's almost triangular. The stairs are steep, like a lot of places round here.
You can bring one dog. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and the bedding and towels are included.
For a beach, you're about half a mile from the one in St Mawes. If you want to explore, the National Trust Roseland has some good walks. Falmouth is a short ferry ride away for more shops and the maritime museum. Truro is about a 25 minute drive if you need a bigger town.
That's about it really.
