Brackley Cottage is in St Mawes, right on the harbour. It's small, sleeps three. Two bedrooms, one bathroom.
The main bedroom has a good view of the harbour. The second bedroom is small and a bit of an odd shape, with a sloping ceiling. It's fine for one person. The stairs are quite steep.
You can bring one dog. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it's well looked after.
You can't get much closer to the village. The front door opens onto the street. There are a couple of pubs, restaurants, and shops literally steps away. The foot ferry over to Falmouth is just there too. The beach is about half a mile.
It's a sailing place. There's often something happening on the water in summer.
The kitchen is small but has what you need. There's a washing machine, wifi, and a TV. Towels and bedding are included.
If you want to explore, the National Trust gardens at Glendurgan are about half an hour's drive. Trelissick Garden is a similar distance. You can drive round to the Lizard peninsula in under half an hour too.
