This is Horseshoe. It's a one-bedroom flat for two people, part of a group of cottages on the Penmorvah Manor estate in Budock Water.
It's a converted barn, so it's open plan. There's a kitchen and living area together, then the bedroom and bathroom are off that. The bathroom has a shower. Everything's included: bedding, towels, utilities, WiFi, parking. The rating is 4 Star. You can bring two dogs.
Outside, you share the big gardens and wooded grounds with the other cottages. The views from there are nice, over fields towards the coast. It's quiet. Good if you want somewhere peaceful to come back to.
The village of Budock Water is about a mile away. It's got a thatched pub in the middle, a shop, and a post office. For a proper beach, you'd drive. Maenporth is about four miles. Golf is the same distance.
Falmouth is close, maybe a ten-minute drive. That's where you'll find most things: the National Maritime Museum, restaurants, and the ferries over to St Mawes or Flushing. The Helford River is nearby too, which is good for boats and walking. The famous gardens like Trebah and Glendurgan are a short drive away.
