This is 2 Manor Court. It’s a modern flat in the middle of St Mawes, up on a hillside. You get some great views over the harbour from the main room.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms: one with a super king bed, a twin, and a single. One bathroom with a shower over the bath, and there's a separate toilet too. It has a 3 Star rating. It’s comfortable and clean, not luxurious.
The living, dining, and kitchen area is all open plan. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, and hob. There are night storage heaters for warmth.
Outside, there’s a sunny patio with a table and chairs. It’s a good spot to sit. You’re right in the village, so it’s easy to walk down to the harbour or to the pubs and shops.
St Mawes is on the Roseland Peninsula. You can get the ferry across to Falmouth from the harbour. The coastal path is on your doorstep for walks.
For days out, the National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline around here. Trelissick Garden is about a 30-minute drive, and so is the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Facilities included are a washing machine, WiFi, TV, and all bedding and towels. No pets, I'm afraid.
