2 Manor Court
2 Manor Court is a first floor apartment in St Mawes. It's part of a small modern block, right in the middle of the village. You'll need to go up a set of steps from the street to get to the door.
It sleeps five. There are three bedrooms: one has a very big bed, then there's a twin room, and a single room. There's one proper shower room, and a separate toilet.
The main room is open plan: kitchen, dining area, and sitting area all together. The kitchen has the usual stuff: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven. The best bit is the view from the dining table. You look straight out over the harbour. It's a proper working harbour, so there's always something going on.
Outside, there's a patio with a table and chairs. It gets the sun. It's not a private garden, but it's your space to use.
Heating is from storage heaters. They do the job. There's WiFi and a TV with Freeview. Bedding and towels are included.
You're right in St Mawes, so everything is on your doorstep. The ferry over to Falmouth leaves from the end of the village. There are a few pubs and shops a minute's walk away.
For walking, the South West Coast Path runs right past. The National Trust's Trebah Garden is about a twenty minute drive away. If you want a big day out, you can get the ferry to Falmouth and then drive or take a bus towards the Lizard or the north coast. Both are within half an hour or so from Falmouth.
