6 Spinnaker is a second floor apartment in St Mawes. It's right in the centre of the village, so everything is close.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One is an en-suite. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable.
You can see the water from the living room. The view looks out over the harbour, towards Place and out to the Lizard. There are French doors that open onto a Juliet balcony. You can't step out onto it, but you can lean out.
It's very handy for the ferries. You can see the Falmouth ferry come around the headland from the castle. When you see it, you can just walk down to the waterfront, which takes about a minute.
There are three beaches within a five minute walk. All the village shops, pubs and restaurants are right there too. You don't really need your car once you've arrived.
The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. You have to pay for the electricity, but it's included in the rent.
St Mawes Castle is a short walk away, run by English Heritage. For walks and local landscapes, the National Trust Cornwall site is useful.
