This is 6 Spinnaker. It's a second floor flat right in the middle of St Mawes. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Sleeps four. It's got a three star rating, so everything works and it's clean, but it's not high end.
The location is the main thing. You look out from the French doors on a Juliet balcony towards the harbour. You can see the ferry pontoon. When you're waiting to go over to Falmouth, you can watch for the boat to come round by the castle from up here, then just walk down. It's about a hundred yards.
There are three beaches you can walk to in five minutes. The foot ferries to Falmouth, Truro and Place all leave from the same spot by the water.
The flat has one double bedroom with its own shower room and views out to sea. The other bedroom has twin beds. There's a main bathroom with a shower over the bath. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open plan.
Included are things like bedding, towels, WiFi, and a TV. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. The electricity is included. No pets.
For days out, you've got St Mawes Castle a short walk away, which is English Heritage. Falmouth is across the water and has the Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle. The Roseland Peninsula is around you for walking. If you want to plan, the National Trust Cornwall and Cornwall and Isles of Scilly National Landscape sites are useful.
