This is Seaspray, the apartment in St Mawes. It's on the ground floor of the Beach Hall building, right in the middle of the village. You're about a minute's walk from the harbour.
It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps four. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which reflects it being clean and well looked after.
The main thing about the apartment is the view from the living room. You can see over to the harbour and the mouth of the Percuil River. The real bonus is you get a key for the communal roof garden at the top of the building. That's fully fenced in and the views from up there are much better. You can see right over the river, the harbour and the coast. It's a good spot for a coffee or a drink.
In the village, you've got a few pubs, restaurants, and cafes, all within easy walking distance. There's a small shop too. The beach is about a mile's walk. The ferry across to Falmouth leaves from the harbour, which is handy if you want to go over without driving.
For walking, the South West Coast Path is right there. The whole Roseland peninsula is good for it. You can drive to places like the National Trust's Trelissick Garden or St Anthony Head for the lighthouse. Both are within half an hour.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, TV, and the bedding and towels are provided. The small patio area is private. There's no allocated parking, but you can usually find a space on the nearby streets without too much trouble.
