This is Seaspray. It's a one bedroom apartment in St Mawes, over in Cornwall. It sleeps four but it's one bedroom with a sofa bed, so it's best for a couple or maybe two adults sharing.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well looked after.
The main thing is the location. It's right in the middle of the village, just a minute's walk from the harbour. You can see a bit of the harbour from the window. What's really good is you get to use the shared roof garden at the building. It's got a proper view over the whole harbour and river. You can sit up there with a drink.
St Mawes itself is small. There are a few pubs and restaurants, a couple of shops, and beaches nearby. The ferry to Falmouth leaves from the harbour. It's a good way to get across without driving.
For getting out, you're on the Roseland Peninsula. The coastal path is right there for walking. There are some nice beaches a drive away, like Porthcurnick or Towan. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline hereabouts.
The apartment itself is on the ground floor. It's got a small, enclosed patio area too. There's a shower, a washing machine, and the bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
If you're driving, you can reach Truro in about half an hour. The Lizard peninsula is also within a 30 minute drive if you want to see that.
