Roseland View is in St Mawes. It's an apartment on the first and second floor, so you go up some external stairs to get to the front door, which is at the back of the building.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One's a family bathroom with a separate shower downstairs, and there's another shower room upstairs. It's a 4 Star place. It's clean and modern.
The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the bay, from the River Percuil right round to the Lizard. You can see Pendennis Castle and St Mawes Castle from the living room. Summers Beach is just opposite.
The living room is light and has that view. The kitchen is fine, it's got what you need. The main bedroom has a double bed and the same view. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms, both looking out to the water.
There's a bit of a garden, and at the top there's a raised patio with some furniture. You get a decent sea view from up there too.
St Mawes itself is small. There's a local pub, and you can walk to the harbour. The coastal path is right there if you want a proper walk. For a bigger trip, the ferry goes over to Falmouth. That's handy if you don't want to drive.
You've got parking on site. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, bedding and towels are all included. There's a cot if you need it. No pets, sorry.
