Roseland View is in St Mawes. It's an apartment on the first and second floor of a building, so you'll have neighbours above or below. The front door is at the back of the building, up an external staircase. There are about twenty steps. It's fine, but just so you know.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom on the first floor with a separate shower, and another shower room upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, and the main thing is the view.
The living room and main bedroom look straight out over the sea to St Mawes harbour. You can see the castles and right across to the Lizard on a clear day. The garden has a raised patio with a table and chairs. You can sit out there and it's a nice spot.
You're right opposite Summer's beach. It's a small, sandy cove. You can walk down to the main part of St Mawes in a few minutes. There's a shop, a couple of pubs, places to eat. The ferry over to Falmouth runs from the harbour.
For things to do, you've got Pendennis Castle and St Mawes Castle. They're both English Heritage. You can get the St Mawes Ferry over to Falmouth, which is a nice way to get there. The Roseland Peninsula is good for walking. There's the South West Coast Path all along here.
It comes with a parking space, wifi, a TV, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
