Pipit
Pipit is an apartment on the second floor of the Falmouth Hotel. It's on the seafront, looking out over the bay.
The apartment sleeps two and it has a bedroom with an ensuite. It's a 4 Star rating, so everything's in good working order. You can get to it using the hotel's lift, which is useful.
The main thing is the view. You can see right out to sea from the living room window. It looks over a flat roof, not a garden, but you see straight past that to the water.
You're barely five minutes' walk from Falmouth town. It's a flat walk down to the waterfront pubs and shops. Event Square is right there. The beach and the coastal path are about a ten minute stroll. It's very easy to get around without the car.
For a good walk, go out to Pendennis Point. The views from there across to St Mawes are the best you'll get. The castle is worth a look if you're interested.
Facilities wise: we've put in a washing machine, there's a TV and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site at the hotel. No pets, sorry. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
