Pipit is a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the Falmouth Hotel. It sleeps two. The rating is 4 Star.
The main thing is the view. You look straight out over Falmouth Bay from the living room. It’s a proper sea view.
You get access through the hotel. There's a lift, so you don't have to use the stairs if you don't want to. The hotel gardens are there to walk around. They're Victorian, about five acres.
The flat itself is compact. It's got everything you need for two people. There's a kitchen area, a sofa, a TV. The bedroom has its own ensuite shower room. Everything’s included – bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, parking. There's a washing machine too.
Location is easy. It's a flat, ten-minute walk into Falmouth town and the waterfront. You’ve got pubs, restaurants, shops, all the usual stuff. The beach is about the same walk, maybe ten minutes. The sea front is even closer, just two minutes.
For a good walk, you can go around Pendennis Point. The views from there are great, across to St Mawes and the Helford. You can see the castle.
If you drive, you can get to a lot in half an hour. Truro is about twenty minutes. The Lizard is roughly half an hour. You can be on the north coast, around Perranporth or St Agnes, in about thirty minutes too.
