Keeper's Cottage is in Helford Passage. It's detached, but it's next to our house. We're in the main one, you're in the cottage. You get your own space.
It's on a 9-acre plot. The garden is mostly our land, but you have your own patio area to sit on, and it looks out over the Bosanath valley. It's quiet and sheltered.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two singles. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating.
There's an open fireplace in the living room. We leave some wood for you to get started. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The tumble dryer is out in the garage, along with a spare freezer you can use.
The stairs are a bit steep and narrow. It's a cottage.
You're a couple of miles from the village shop, the pub, and the beach at Helford Passage. That beach is shingle. For sand, you've got several beaches like Maenporth and Gyllyngvase within a ten minute drive.
The Helford River itself is close. Good for walking, birdwatching, or messing about in boats. You can get down to the creeks from here.
Falmouth is about fifteen minutes by car. That's where you'll find the main shops, restaurants, and the National Maritime Museum. The Lizard peninsula is maybe half an hour south. St Michael's Mount and Penzance are about forty minutes west.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to three dogs.
