Daisy Cottage

Daisy Cottage is a terraced house on the Pendra Loweth estate. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom upstairs.

The place has a four star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped. The living area is open plan downstairs. The patio gets the sun in the afternoon and it backs onto a shared garden space.

Pendra Loweth is a purpose-built holiday village. It's in a wooded valley about a mile outside of Falmouth. The site has a small bar and cafe, a kids' play area, an outdoor splash pool for children, tennis courts, and a gym. You can use all of it. There are now a couple of EV charging points on the estate. You can't charge an electric car from the house.

It's about a twenty minute walk down the valley to Maenporth beach. It's a nice sandy cove.

Falmouth town is a five minute drive. It's got plenty of pubs, restaurants, and the National Maritime Museum. You can get the ferry from the Prince of Wales Pier over to St Mawes, or up the river towards Truro.

Within half an hour you can drive to the Helford River, which is very pretty. The Trebah Garden and Glendurgan Garden are both nearby. The Lizard peninsula is about thirty minutes away, with Kynance Cove. The Cornish Seal Sanctuary at Gweek is also in that direction.

The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. It's all on one level inside except for the stairs to the bedrooms. The entrance and ground floor are wheelchair accessible. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
