This is the Old Dairy in St Mawes. It's about a hundred yards from the harbour.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is downstairs. It's got a four star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The main living space downstairs is open plan. There's a kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting room with a wood burner. Both the dining area and the sitting room have bay windows with a view of the sea, but it's a distant view.
The stairs to the first floor are cottage stairs, so they're quite steep.
There's a side patio you get to by going up a few steps. It catches the sun, has that sea view, and there's garden furniture, a barbecue, and a pizza oven up there.
It's a good spot if you want to be able to walk to everything. The beach, the shops, and the ferry are all just down the hill. The ferry goes over to Falmouth. For a bigger day out, the Lizard peninsula is about half an hour's drive.
In terms of what's there: the listing covers it. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring two dogs.
