Clipper View
Clipper View is in Portscatho. It's a family house at the top of the village. The main thing is the view. You look straight out over Gerrans Bay from the front.
It's been redone inside. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. The lounge has a bay window for the view and a wood burner. The kitchen diner has another wood burner. It's all very clean and well kept.
The garden is at the front, which is unusual. It's mature and private. There's a patio that gets the sun. You can sit there and look at the sea.
To get to the harbour, you go down the path at the bottom of the garden. It takes about five minutes. It's a proper little Cornish harbour. There are a couple of galleries there.
The nearest beach is about 200 yards away. Rosevine beach is dog friendly all year. For a bigger trip, St Mawes is about a ten minute drive west. It's a smart little place on the Fal estuary. The castle there is worth a visit.
Facilities wise, it has what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
