Clipper View
Clipper View overlooks Gerrans Bay. It’s about a five-minute walk down to the harbour and beach.
We sleep six here. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It’s a 5 Star rating which means it’s comfortable, well-equipped and kept to a high standard.
The living room has a wood burning stove and a big bay window for the view. The kitchen diner is separate, with another stove.
Two of the bedrooms face the front and have views of the sea. The third twin bedroom is at the back. The gardens slope down prettily at the front. There’s a patio that gets the sun.
The harbour is small but lovely. Rosevine Beach is dog friendly. You can walk along the coast path towards St Mawes. St Mawes is less than a 30 minute drive. They have a castle, the ferry over to Falmouth, and plenty of pubs right on the water.
Falmouth’s about a 40 minute drive. You’ve got the Maritime Museum there, or you can catch the King Harry Ferry towards St Mawes.

Facilities are as you’d expect for the rating: parking, washing machine, dishwasher, a cot if you need it, bedding and towels are all provided. No pets allowed.
