Greenbank is in Veryan, on the Roseland. It's detached. The main thing is the garden, it's big and quite private with a lot of trees and shrubs. You get the sun in the afternoon.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both doubles, and two bathrooms, which is useful. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after, not brand new but everything works. The kitchen has what you need.
There's a wood burner in the living room. It's fine for a chilly evening. The WiFi works. Parking is on the gravel right outside.
The village shop is a two minute walk. It's good for basics. There's a pub in the village as well. For a beach, Pendower is about ten minutes by car. It's sandy and good for swimming if the tide's in. Portloe is close too, that's a proper little fishing cove.
St Mawes is about a twenty minute drive. You can get the ferry over to Falmouth from there. The Roundhouses in Veryan are worth a look, they're unique. For a longer day out, the Eden Project is roughly half an hour away, maybe forty minutes depending on traffic.
The garden is enclosed. We provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. No pets, sorry.
