Greenbank is on the edge of Veryan. It's a detached cottage, so no one right next to you. The garden is private and mature, with a few camellias and ferns. It gets the sun.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. It's clean.
You're about a five minute walk from the village shop and post office. It's handy for basics. The local pub is a bit further, maybe a ten minute walk.
For the beach, Pendower is about a mile and a half. It's sandy and good for families. Portloe is roughly the same distance. It's a small, old fishing village.
If you want a day out, St Mawes is about a twenty minute drive. You can get the passenger ferry from there across to Falmouth. The Trelissick Garden isn't far, or there's the Lost Gardens of Heligan about half an hour away.
The facilities are what you'd expect. There's a wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Parking for one car on the gravel drive. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
