Ketch is in Portscatho. It's a first-floor apartment with those sea views everyone wants. You can see right across the harbour and the bay. On a really clear day, you can see Rame Head in the distance.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. There are a few steps up to the front door.
The living room is a good size and you get the view from there too. The kitchen looks out over the water as well. The main bedroom has a view of the harbour. The second room has twin beds.
Outside, there's a bit of garden that's yours to use, with a table and chairs. You can sit out there with a drink.
In the village, there's a shop for basics and a couple of pubs. The coast path is right there. For a bigger beach, you can drive to Carne Beach or Pendower, both about ten minutes away.
You're well placed for exploring the Roseland. St Mawes is about a fifteen-minute drive. The National Trust's Trelissick garden is roughly half an hour. Truro is about forty minutes if you need a city.
Facilities: parking is on site, there's a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
