Spinnakers
This is Spinnakers. It's in Falmouth, on a row of cottages overlooking Pendennis Marina. You can walk to the town centre in about five minutes.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs. We've got the 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are normal house stairs.
The main thing is the location. You look out over the marina from the front. Pendennis Castle is a very short walk up the hill. Gyllyngvase Beach, which is sandy, is also about a five minute walk in the other direction.
It's got parking for one car on the driveway. Inside, there's a washing machine and a dishwasher. WiFi is included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Because you're right in town, there are plenty of places to eat and drink a short walk away. For a day out, you've got the whole of the Fal estuary. You can get the ferry over to St Mawes.
For good gardens, Trebah and Glendurgan are about a fifteen minute drive down the river. The Lizard peninsula is roughly half an hour if you want a different coast.
