Little Hill
Little Hill is in St Mawes. It's a 200 year old semi-detached cottage, perched up above the village. You get a good view of the sea from the front.
The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's got character, but it's not a modern hotel. You'll need to be okay with steps. There are quite a few, inside and out. The stairs to the top floor are steep. The ceilings in the basement are low.
You can walk down into the middle of St Mawes. The path has steps and it's a bit steep, but it only takes a few minutes. The pub is down there. You can also get the foot ferry across to Place, or up to Truro and Falmouth.
The patio gets the sun. There's parking for one car on the drive.
Inside, there's a wood burner in the dining room and another in the lounge. The kitchen has a dishwasher. In the basement there's a utility area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
You can bring one well-behaved dog.
