Pencreek
Pencreek is a holiday flat in St Mawes. It's a modern block up on the hill, so you get a good view across the harbour from the balcony.
It sleeps six across three bedrooms. One double and two twins. There’s one bathroom upstairs and a separate loo downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The main living area is all open plan on the first floor. Kitchen, dining, sitting room all together. It has a long balcony off it, about seven yards long. You can sit out there and watch the boats. The view really is the main thing here – you look right out over the harbour, towards St Anthony Head. On a clear day you can see all the way down the coast.
Everything you'd need is included: bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, parking right outside. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer in a utility cupboard.
St Mawes itself is a short walk downhill. You've got the harbour, a few shops, cafes, and pubs. For a swim, Summers Beach is about a quarter of a mile away. If you want to explore, the St Anthony Head walk is great. You can get the ferry over to Falmouth from the quay, which is a nice way to get about.
