This is Pencreek. It's a house in St Mawes. Sleeps six, three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's rated 4 Star.
It's the view that's the main thing here. The living room, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms look straight out over the harbour and the bay. You can see the boats and the headland. On a clear day you can see right down to the Lizard. There's a long balcony you can stand on to take it all in.
Inside, it's set up for a holiday. The kitchen's modern and has what you need. There's a washing machine and tumble drier in a utility space downstairs. One bathroom with a shower over the bath, plus a separate toilet on the living floor.
The stairs are a typical house staircase. Nothing too unusual. You park on site.
It's a few minutes walk down to the beach and the village. The local pub is walkable. For a bigger day out, you can get the ferry over to Falmouth from the quay. It takes about twenty minutes.
You can bring up to two dogs. All bedding and towels are provided, and there's wifi.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust for Cornwall and Visit Cornwall sites are useful. The South West Coast Path runs right past St Mawes.
