Top Deck is an apartment in Portscatho. It's on the first floor. The main thing is the view. You get a big window looking straight out over Gerrans Bay. You can watch the boats from the sofa.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom has a proper double bed. The other has two singles that can be zipped together into a double if you prefer. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well kept.
The living area is open plan. The doors open onto a Juliet balcony, so you get the sea air. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything's included like bedding and towels.
The beach is basically at the bottom of the road. The South West Coast Path runs behind the property, so you can walk straight onto it without going through the village. The local pub is in the square, a two minute walk. It does food.
For other beaches, Rosevine is a short walk east. It's sandy and has a good cafe. Pendower and Carne beaches are a bit further that way, maybe a five minute drive. St Anthony's Head is to the west, about ten minutes by car. You might know the lighthouse from TV.
