Chymor
Chymor is in St Mawes. It's a Victorian villa right on the seafront, between the harbour and the castle. The view out the front is straight out to sea, no buildings in the way. It's a semi-detached place.
It sleeps six. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. Everything's included, like bedding and towels.
The living room is at the front, with a big window for that sea view. The kitchen is at the back, with doors out to the garden. There's a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The stairs are normal, but the top bedroom is up a second flight in the converted loft.
The garden is terraced, going up the hill behind the house. There's a deck at the top where you can sit and look over the roof back to the sea. At the front, there's a little terrace with a bench right by the water.
You're a two-minute walk from the centre of St Mawes, with its shops and pubs. Tavern Beach is just down the slipway. For bigger days out, the Royal Cornwall Showground is about half an hour away, and Trelissick Garden is a similar drive. You can get the ferry across to Falmouth from the harbour, which takes about twenty minutes.
Facilities: it's got WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher, and parking. No pets, sorry.
