Rosemullion is the name of the apartment. It's on the second floor of a building right on the harbour in St Mawes. You get a very good view from up there.
The view looks out over the harbour itself, Summers Beach, and across the water to St Anthony Head. On a clear day you can see all the way to Falmouth Bay and the Lizard. The living room has a small balcony you can stand on. It's a good spot to watch the ferries chug over to Falmouth.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms: two are decent sized doubles, and the third has bunk beds that kids usually like. They're proper beds, not too flimsy. There are two bathrooms, which helps when there's a few of you.
Everything you need is in the village. You're about a minute's walk from the shops, pubs, and places to eat. You can hear the water from the apartment when it's quiet.
The apartment has a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's got a dishwasher, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's no garden, obviously, but you don't really need one here.
St Mawes Castle is worth a look if you like history. It's a Henry VIII fort, and the views from there are good too. There are a lot of walking paths along the coast directly from the village.
For other things to do, Falmouth is a short ferry ride away. The National Trust page for St Mawes Castle has opening times. For wider walking and coast path information, South West Coast Path is the site to use.
No pets allowed, I'm afraid.
