Stream Side is one of the cottages at Pendra Loweth, which is a holiday village just outside Falmouth. It's built in a wooded valley. You get your own place, but there are shared facilities like tennis courts, a playground, a small gym, and a splash pool. There's also a little bar and cafe on site.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. Downstairs is mostly open plan: kitchen, lounge, dining area. French doors open onto a private, south-facing terrace. It gets the sun. Upstairs, the main bedroom looks out over the stream and trees.
Maenporth Beach is about a 20 minute walk down the valley. It's a sandy beach. Falmouth itself is a short drive. It's a proper town with restaurants, pubs, and the National Maritime Museum. You can get ferries from there to places like St Mawes.
Within a half hour drive you've got a lot. The Helford River area is beautiful, with places like Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens. The National Trust runs Glendurgan, which has a maze. The Lizard peninsula is down that way too, with Kynance Cove and the lighthouse.
As for the cottage facilities: it has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking. There's an electric vehicle charger. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
