Summers Beach View is a one-bedroom apartment in St Mawes. It's on the first floor. It sleeps two, and you can bring one dog.
The main thing is the view. It looks out over Summers Beach and the Percuil River towards Place Manor. You get that from the lounge and the terrace. The terrace is a good spot in the morning.
It's been redecorated recently. It's clean and comfortable. The rating is 4 Star, so it's a bit nicer than the basics.
It's up a steep hill from the village. There's a short, steep road, or you can use steps. The parking is right there at the property.
For walks, you don't really need the car. You can walk the coast path from St Mawes Castle towards St Just. It's a good loop for a dog. The beach is about half a mile.
St Mawes itself is busy in summer. The harbour has shops and places to eat. You see the ferries going to Falmouth and lots of boats. It's much quieter in winter.
Inside, there's a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a small patio area with a BBQ.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust Cornwall page is useful for nearby places. The ferry over to Falmouth is easy, or you can drive round in about half an hour.
