Seagreen Lodge is on the Trewince Estate near Portscatho in Cornwall. It's a holiday lodge, one of a few on the site. It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-put-together.
The main thing is the view. You look out over fields to the sea. You can see from Gull Rock round to Nare Head. There's a deck and a lawn outside the living area, and a balcony off the main bedroom upstairs.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. The living area gets a lot of light. The kitchen has what you need. The stairs are fine.
The estate has an indoor heated pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a small gym you can use for free. You just need to book a slot at reception. There are big grounds to walk around, and paths that lead straight out onto the coastal footpath. You can be walking around St Anthony Head in no time.
Portscatho village is about a mile away. It's got a shop, a butcher, and a couple of pubs. The beach at Porthcurnick is close, maybe a five minute drive or a twenty minute walk. It's a good sandy beach when the tide's out.
For facilities, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can take up to two dogs.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust for Cornwall has most of the local coast, and The Roseland Peninsula site is useful. St Mawes is about fifteen minutes by car, and you can get the ferry to Falmouth from there. Truro is roughly half an hour's drive.
