Seagreen Lodge is on the Trewince Manor Estate near Gerrans. It's a three-bedroom lodge that sleeps six.
You've got two bathrooms, which helps. The stairs up to the master bedroom are standard. The main living area is open plan and gets a lot of light from the patio doors. The kitchen has what you need. There's a deck off the living room that goes down to a lawn, and the master bedroom upstairs has its own balcony.
The biggest thing is the view. From the deck, living room, and master bedroom, you look out over fields straight to the sea. You can see from Gull Rock and Nare Head all the way round to the southwest. Nothing's in the way. It's very quiet out there.
As part of the estate, you can use the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a small gym. You need to book slots at reception. There are grounds to walk in and a slipway if you've brought a boat, but you have to arrange that directly with the estate. You can walk straight from the lodge down to the coastal path around St Anthony Head. It's good walking.
Portscatho harbour is about a mile away. Gerrans is the village right there. Between them they've got a shop, a butcher, and two pubs. The nearest beaches, like Porthcurnick, are a few minutes' drive or a decent walk.
For facilities, it's got the basics covered: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi, parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed. You can bring up to two dogs.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kept.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust Cornwall site is useful for nearby places like St Anthony Head. For the coastal path and the area, Roseland Peninsula has good information.
