Tremar is in Newtown, which is a quiet little hamlet on the Lizard. It's a semi-detached cottage, nice and simple.
It sleeps five. There are three bedrooms: a double, one with a three-quarter bed, and a room with a bunk bed. One bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and comfortable but not luxurious. You can bring up to two dogs.
The garden is yours to use. There's parking on the drive and an electric vehicle charger.
Inside, there's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, and the usual: TV, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included.
There's a community pub, The Prince of Wales, a short walk away. They do food.
You're well placed for the coast. It's about a ten minute drive to somewhere like St Anthony, where you can hire boats or kayaks. The Helford River creeks and the South West Coast Path are right there for walking. Kynance Cove and Coverack are within a half hour drive.
Falmouth is about a 25 minute drive. You've got the Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, and plenty of places to eat. The ferry over to St Mawes is worth doing. For gardens, Trebah or Glendurgan are close by.
