Eglos Derry Farm Cottage Berepper

Eglos Derry Farm Cottage is on our working farm in Berepper, Cornwall. It's a converted stone barn, one of a pair. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom, which is handy.

The cottage has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. It's all on one level, which makes it straightforward. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for a baby or toddler. There's parking right outside.

You share the heated indoor swimming pool with just the one other cottage here. It's not a big public pool, which is nice.

The farm is about three miles from Helston, for shops and supermarkets. The coast is closer. Gunwalloe and Church Cove beach are about three miles away. It's a good sandy beach. Porthleven is a bit further west, maybe four or five miles. That's got the harbour and some good places to eat.

For walking, you're right on the South West Coast Path. You can walk to Mullion or towards Porthleven along the cliffs. The path goes past Loe Bar and the lake, which is good for birdwatching. There are plenty of footpaths through the farmland here too, a lot of it is National Trust land.

Within about half an hour you can drive to a lot of the main things down here. The Lizard Point, Kynance Cove, Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Flambards, and St Michael's Mount are all in that range.

Inside, it's open plan. There's WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a TV in each bedroom. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair.
