Brambles Cottage
Brambles Cottage is in Garras, near Helston. It's attached to the main house where we live, but you've got your own front door, garden, and parking spot. You get complete privacy.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and comfortable. There's underfloor heating so it's always warm.
The garden has a hot tub. There's also a summerhouse with glass all around, which is a nice spot even if the weather turns. You look out over fields.
Inside, the kitchen is new. It's got granite worktops and a dishwasher. There's a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. We've also put in an electric vehicle charger.
You can bring two dogs. The garden is enclosed. We can provide a cot and a highchair if needed. Bedding and towels are included.
You're about four miles from the coast. The Lizard Peninsula is right there. For walks, the coastal path is spectacular. Kynance Cove is famous for its white sand and turquoise water, but it's tidal so check the times. The Lizard Lighthouse is Britain's most southerly point.
You've got little places like Cadgwith and Coverack nearby for pubs and food. For a bigger beach, Kennack Sands is good. The Helford River is beautiful for a potter about.
Helston is the nearest proper town for shops. If you want a day out, Falmouth is about a 30-minute drive. Truro is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes.
