Trequean Cottage is on Rinsey Croft, between Porthleven and Marazion. It's a barn conversion. You can see the sea from the front. It’s quiet up here.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own shower. The place is modern inside, everything's granite and slate. There's a wood burner. It's 5 Star rated, so we have to keep everything to a high standard.
The living space is open plan. The front is accessible for a wheelchair, and everything is on the ground floor. There's parking right outside.
For beaches, Porthleven beach is about three miles down the road. It's huge at low tide. Praa Sands is nearer, maybe a five minute drive, and that's good for swimming. You can walk to Rinsey Head from the cottage, or down to the old engine house on the coast path.
The location is good for getting about. Porthleven has pubs and restaurants. You're ten minutes from Marazion for St Michael's Mount. Penzance is fifteen minutes. The Lizard peninsula is about half an hour's drive.
It has what you'd expect, really. Wifi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. There's a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We have a cot and highchair. The garden has a patio and a BBQ. No pets, I'm afraid.
