Trequean Cottage is on Rinsey Croft, midway between Porthleven and Marazion. It's a converted stone barn. The main thing is the view, you look right out over the sea towards St Michael's Mount.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both en-suite. The conversion is excellent quality, everything feels solid. It has a big wood burner in the living area, granite worktops in the kitchen, and good appliances.
The location is the real draw. You're up on the cliffs. It's a five-minute drive down to Porthleven, which has a few good pubs and restaurants by the harbour. The beach there is shingle and sand, and you can walk for miles at low tide out towards the Penrose Estate. The South West Coast Path runs right past the bottom of the track.
You're well placed for exploring this bit of Cornwall. Marazion and St Michael's Mount are about ten minutes east. Penzance is maybe fifteen minutes. Heading west, you can get to the Lizard peninsula, Kynance Cove and the Helford River all within half an hour.
As for the cottage itself, it's all on one floor which is handy. There's parking right outside, a private patio area, wifi, and a washing machine. Towels and bedding are included. It's listed as wheelchair accessible at the entrance.
