Lindum Leys
Lindum Leys is a bungalow in Rosudgeon, Cornwall. It's attached to our house, but you have your own front door and garden. Everything's on the ground floor.
It's a small place, sleeps four but the bedroom has a double bed and two bunk beds. So it's really for a couple, or a couple with kids. One bathroom with a shower.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable. It's not huge, but it's got what you need. Everything's open plan, so the kitchen, dining and living area is all one room. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Parking right outside.
The beach at Marazion is about a mile away. You can walk to St Michael's Mount from there. It's a good base because you're right on the A394. Helston is ten minutes one way, Penzance is ten minutes the other. You can get to most things around here in about half an hour.
There's a pub, a shop, a chip shop, and a sports club you can use, all within a few minutes' walk. The pub does food.
If you want to explore, the National Trust has a lot of places nearby like St Michael's Mount. For walks and the coast path, the Cornwall National Landscape site is useful. No pets, sorry. Bedding and towels are included.
