Lindum Leys
This is Lindum Leys. It's a bungalow in Rosudgeon, Cornwall. It's attached to our house on one side. You get your own front door though. It's all on one floor, which is handy.
The place is for four people. There's one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating because it's clean and everything works. It's not huge, but it's comfortable for a small family or two people.
There's a pub about five minutes walk away. They do food. The village shop is the same distance. There's a chippy too. The beach at Praa Sands is a few minutes drive.
Location is the main thing. You're really central here. Marazion and St Michael's Mount are ten minutes away. You can be in Penzance in fifteen minutes. St Ives, Land's End, and the north coast surfing beaches like Gwithian are all within half an hour. Porthleven is close too, that's a nice harbour with places to eat.
The bungalow has a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. There's parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
