Suncroft is on the edge of Praa Sands. It's a detached house at the end of the road, so no one driving past. The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the beach and the bay.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which is handy. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. It's not a show home.
There are two patio areas. The big one is flat, right outside the living room. The other one is up a steep slope from the garden. You get the same view from up there.
The beach is a couple of minutes walk down a path. It's a long, sandy beach. There's a surf school there in summer. The South West Coast Path runs along the top if you want a proper walk.
There's a shop and a pub a five minute walk away. The pub does food.
You can drive to a lot from here. Porthleven is about ten minutes for restaurants. Marazion and St Michael's Mount are fifteen minutes. The Lizard peninsula is about half an hour. That's where Kynance Cove is. Helston is inland, maybe twenty minutes.
For facilities: it's got parking, WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a wood burner. Bedding and towels are included. We allow two dogs.
