Upper Deck is a first-floor apartment in St Erth. It's part of a larger building, but you've got your own front door and the place to yourselves. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable, clean, and has everything you need.
The location is really handy. It's just off the A30, about a mile away. You can walk to the train station and the bus stops right outside, which is easier than trying to park in St Ives in the summer. There's a shop and a 17th-century pub across the road. The pub has details for a circular walk around the St Erth Pitts nature reserve.
The beaches round here are excellent. Hayle Towans is the closest, about five minutes by car. It's three miles of sand backed by dunes. Gwithian is a bit further, maybe 17 minutes. It's very popular with families and surfers, has a café, and the rock pools at low tide are good for kids.
If you want a day off from the beach, Paradise Park in Hayle has birds, animals, and a big indoor play area. St Ives is about 15 minutes away by car or train. The Tate and the Barbara Hepworth Museum are there. For gardens, you've got the National Trust's Trengwainton Garden and Tremenheere Sculpture Garden near Penzance, both within half an hour.
The apartment itself has a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car. No pets, sorry.
