This is Happys, on Lelant Downs near St Ives. It's a single-storey lodge, so everything's on one level. Good if steps are a problem. It's semi-detached and looks out onto a bit of woodland.
It sleeps two. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean, comfortable and recently done up. Wheelchair friendly at the entrance.
The lodge is part of a big holiday village. From March to October, there's an indoor heated pool, a bar, a shop, a takeaway, and organised activities. Things like kayaking or nature walks. It's all on site.
You're about two miles from St Ives itself. You can drive, but lots of people get the train from St Erth. It's a scenic line right along the coast into town. St Ives has the harbour, the Tate gallery, and shops. National Trust Cornwall has details on local places like Godrevy.
The beach at Carbis Bay is close. For a long walk, the sand dunes at Hayle stretch for miles towards Gwithian. You can see the Godrevy lighthouse from there.
Within half an hour you can get to places like St Michael's Mount at Marazion. Tehidy Country Park is nearby for woodland walks. The local pub is about a mile away.
