Happys
Happys is a lodge on the Lelant Downs, near St Ives. It's single-storey and semi-detached, so everything's on one level. It sleeps two, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
You're on a big holiday park site with over 100 acres of woodland. The lodge looks out onto trees. The site has an indoor heated pool, a sauna, a bar, a takeaway, and a shop. Those facilities are open from March to October. There's on-site parking.
The train into St Ives from St Erth is a proper scenic route, right along the coast. St Ives has the harbour, the beaches, the Tate gallery, and all the little shops. The beaches at Carbis Bay and Porthminster are lovely. For a long walk, the sand dunes at Hayle go all the way to Gwithian.
If you want a day out, St Michael's Mount is about a 30 minute drive. The National Trust Cornwall page is good for planning. For walkers, the South West Coast Path site has all the routes.
The lodge has a patio garden, a TV, and bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible, with a wet room and walk-in shower. You can bring up to two pets.
