La Grange
It's called La Grange. It's in Trevarrack, just outside Penzance. The views are over fields towards the sea.
It's a three bedroom place, sleeps five. Two doubles and a single. Two bathrooms, one is an ensuite off the main bedroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well looked after.
Downstairs is one big room with a high ceiling and beams. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen is modern and has what you need. Outside, there's a patio at the back that gets the sun.
The lane down to the beach is steep. It's about a fifteen minute walk to get onto the sand. It's dog friendly all year round. Penzance town is a walkable distance, maybe twenty five minutes.
If you drive, you can get to a lot of places quite quickly. St Michael's Mount is ten minutes away. Mousehole is about fifteen. The Minack Theatre at Porthcurno is twenty minutes. Lands End is twenty five. St Ives is half an hour, but parking there is difficult so you might want to get the train from Penzance.
You can bring two dogs. There's parking for one car on the drive. The garden is enclosed. It has WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher, and bedding and towels are provided.
