This is La Grange in Trevarrack, which is a hamlet just outside Penzance. It’s a bungalow, so everything's on one level, which is good if you don’t fancy stairs. It looks out over fields.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the doubles has its own shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it’s comfortable and well looked after. The main room has a high ceiling with wooden beams and a wood burner. The kitchen is modern and has what you’d need.
The back garden is a suntrap. It's enclosed, so it's secure for dogs or kids. There's a patio with a table and a barbecue.
You’re about a 15-minute walk down the hill to a beach. Dogs are allowed on it all year. Penzance town centre is about the same walk in the other direction. It’s got the usual shops, a few supermarkets, and some decent pubs.
For getting further out, you're in a good spot. St Michael's Mount is about ten minutes by car. The Minack Theatre and Porthcurno beach are maybe twenty minutes. Lands End and Sennen Cove are about half an hour. St Ives is around twenty-five minutes, but the parking can be difficult in summer.
Facilities: it’s got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There’s parking for two cars on the drive. You can bring up to two dogs.
