Lyndale
Lyndale is in Penzance. It's a detached house with a sea view towards Newlyn. You can see the bay from the front windows.
It sleeps five people in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one is a ground floor wet room, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. The house has been done up, it's comfortable and warm. There's a wood burner in the living room.
The front garden is lawn with flowers. The back is a small, enclosed patio with a bit of lawn too. It's about 200 yards to the promenade. It's flat and wide, good for a stroll into Penzance or over to Newlyn harbour. The beach is about a quarter of a mile.
There's a shop and a pub a few minutes' walk away. More pubs, restaurants and the Newlyn Art Gallery are in easy walking distance. The Penzance outdoor swimming pool is on the promenade.
For a day out, St Michael's Mount at Marazion is close. You can walk across at low tide. Mousehole village is a short drive. The Minack Theatre is about a 20 minute drive. For surfing, Sennen Cove is roughly half an hour away. You can get the train into St Ives from St Erth station, which is a short drive.
The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
